Richardson Renovation
Design work on this 18th Century colonial in Lyme, Ct. began in 1978 with the first client/owner. After the property was sold, we continued with the present owners, designing a series of phased renovation projects. In total, renovations included adding dormers to the North wing, other window treatment changes, a louvered sun screen, a secondary stairway, a separate barn structure for autos, workshop and a second level game room, plus renovating an existing outbuilding into a playhouse for the Grandchildren.
Presently, we are in the design phase of a new Master Bedroom-Bath wing to be located into the hill at the second floor level.
